The consultation is a 45-60 minute conversation where we reflect on past fitness experiences, document any injuries, set a clear goal, and determine which services will best lead you to success. The information provided will serve as the foundation for your overall wellness program.
No prior experience is needed. I will build a customized wellness program based on your current fitness level and desired goal. From beginners to athletes, all are welcome.
Sessions are conducted in person at my private gym, remotely via live video calls, or outdoors weather permitting. Sessions may be conducted at a client's private gym on a case-by-case basis based on distance and availability.
• No in-person sessions will be done at big box gyms
This depends on your goals, availability, and budget. Clients who start with 2-3 weekly sessions and continue for 6 months -1 year achieve the best results.
